Canned Foods – The FDA inspects less than 1% of canned foods imported from other countries. The cans also contain a small amount of Bisphenol A (BPA) which has proven to be extremely unhealthy. Toning Tips To Get Skinny Legs

Keeping your legs toned and slim doesn’t have to be as hard as flying to the moon but it will take a few minutes each day to make it happen.

With only a couple of different work outs added to your schedule you can sculpt your legs into perfection and get skinny legs faster than you can say hippopotamus.

Heel raises will work out the back of your legs, especially in your calf area. Repeatedly lift your heels up and down slowly until you start to feel the burn in the back of your legs.

If you feel like you need more of a challenge you can stand on the edge of a stair which will give you more of an angle to work with.

Hindu squats will really make you feel the burn in your entire leg so get ready for this one!

Stand up with your back straight with your hands up at your chest like you are rowing a boat. Than find your balance and look straight ahead of you.

Once you are at this position squat down with your legs and bring your hands down with you and let them graze the floor as you are on your way back up.

When you are coming back up out of the squat make sure you are pushing off with your toes and bringing your hands back to the original position.

With just these two exercises added to your routine you will start to feel and see the results within weeks.

These are my favorite leg exercises because they work out the majority of the muscles in the leg and deliver results quickly.

I would recommend doing these as many times as you can at least 4 days out of the week if you want to get thin legs that will impress just about anybody.

It comes to no surprise that in order to get skinny legs you must be burning as much fat as possible as often as possible in order to keep your legs in tip top shape.

If you move your legs as much as possible you will see results faster than you can say hippopotamus.

My favorite exercise that really make my legs feel the burn more than anything else can be done just about anywhere which makes keeping my legs slim fairly easy.

Find a step or something that you can hop onto without having to worry about falling off and hurting yourself. Once you have found a object that you feel comfortable with jump forward onto it and then jump backwards off and repeat until you feel like you cant go on anymore.

Once you have done your forward/backward jumps you should move to side/side jumps to work the different muscles in the legs. Make sure you take breaks in between your reps and make sure to stay hydrated with water.

If you can handle the burn and really want to get slim legs fast I would recommend doing this for 15 minutes at least 4 times a week.
